Privacy policy

ESBL Ads Studio is an internal application of ESBL B.V., Gatwickstraat 1, 1043 GK Amsterdam, the Netherlands (KvK 81886837). ESBL B.V. is the controller of the data described here. Contact: info@esbl.digital.

When the owner of a Google Ads account connects it, ESBL Ads Studio asks Google for permission to use the Google Ads API (scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords). With that permission the app can read and manage the data of the connected Google Ads accounts: account names and IDs, campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, budgets and performance statistics.

We do not request access to Gmail, Drive, contacts or any other Google data.

We use this data only to manage and report on the connected Google Ads accounts, on behalf of ESBL B.V. and its clients: showing results, creating campaigns that the account owner asked for, and changing status and budgets.

To help write ad texts and suggest keywords, campaign information may be sent to an AI model through Vercel AI Gateway. This happens only to produce suggestions for that same account.

We do not sell this data, do not share it with third parties except the service providers listed below, and do not use it for advertising, profiling or any purpose other than managing the connected accounts.

ESBL Ads Studio's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

The OAuth refresh token and the selected account ID are stored in a database at Neon in the European Union (Frankfurt). Campaign data is fetched from Google when it is shown and is not kept longer than needed. The app is hosted at Vercel. Only staff of ESBL B.V. can sign in.

You can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions or by disconnecting in the app. When the connection is removed, we delete the stored token. To ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, email info@esbl.digital.
